A soon to be unforgettable, and certainly memorable day in history Wednesday the 12th of December 2012(12/12/12) at 12:12:12 midday and midnight. Lets pause in peace and connect to our creator with Grace and Gratitude. The date will be 12.12.12. Imagine that at 12 minutes past 12 and 12 seconds! The number 12 is a prime example of spiritual significance. God uses this number to show us spiritual truth in its application. A good example would be the 12 brothers, sons of Jacob who were the progenitors of the 12 tribes of Israel. This was the Old Testament congregation or children of God. These 12 children were not a coincidental number of birthdays but God ordained. The significance is passed on after the cross as the 12 apostles become the New Testament representatives of the congregation or children of God. The exact same spiritual number attached to God’s congregation on both sides of the cross. We can see this brought forth gloriously in Revelations 21:21 “And had a wall great and high and had 12 gates and at the gates 12 angles and names written thereon, which are the names of the 12 tribes of the children of Israel.” Throughout the bible the number 12 is used to bring out God’ message in numbers as in Mark 5:42 where the damsel was 12 years old when Jesus arose her from the dead “And straightaway the damsel arose and walked for she was of the age of 12 years and they were astonished with great astonishment.” An act of surrender is an act of thanksgiving.
